Maths Week 5
This week our group has been working on adding and subtracting fractions, and ordering fractions. I think ordering fractions has been the hardest. It hasn't necessarily been hard, but has been very time consuming. You have to convert every fraction so they have the same denominator, and you can see what fraction is bigger. You just have to be prepared to take your time, and work through it sometimes slowly.

ReplyDeleteI agree that ordering fractions does take time and you have to be quite precise when doing it. Your drawing on adding fractions with different denominators is very clear. I'm please you added in the extra explanations.
